Trying to jumpstart the year by writing down my goals. Short term and long term. I convinced myself a journal for 2016 to jot down my present and future goals, one of my future goals is to be married within 5 years. When I was 15 I said I wanted to be married when I was 18, and when I was 18 I said I wanted to be married when I was 21. Now that I'm in my mid-twenties I want to be married by 30. Another long term goal is to start living a healthy lifestyle, my body isn't the same as it used to be when I was younger. It takes longer to recover from a cold and my body aches after a workout. Some of my short term goals is to read a book each month (from front to back, not stop midway), exercise at least 3x a week, and to train Toby.
Love, Sharon
Those are really great goals! I'm still working on reading at least one book a month (from front to back) and making more healthy choices.

DeleteGood luck with your goals! I had some of the same ones last year and actually managed to acheive them. I ate healthy during the week, had fish at least once a week, and ate more greens instead of pasta and rice. Also, I worked out three times a week, monday and friday was strength treining, and wednesdays I ran intervals. This worked as a charm - you just gotta do it! I actually gained weight, but lost a lot of inches on my body and two jeans sizes, and I'm stronger and haven't had a cold in a long time! I warmly recommend working out with kettlebells - or check out this place in NY: http://www.precisionathlete.com/
