Easy Breakfast Recipe

EASY BREAKFAST RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED: Pancake mix, water, and fresh fruit
ADD ONS: Coconut flakes and powdered sugar
STEPS:
1. Mix pancake mix (your choice but I use anything I can find, right now I'm using Hungry Jack or Krusteaz) and water. I typically use 3/4 cup water and 1 cup pancake mix which makes about 6-8 pancakes. For thinner pancakes use about 1 cup water.
2. Leave your mix alone for about 2-3 minutes and get the griddle ready. I use a little bit of olive oil so the pancakes don't stick.
3. Pour batter onto griddle, put as much batter as what you want depending on the size of pancakes you want. Usually I pour the batter into the middle of the griddle and flip it over after 30 seconds or so.
4. Place pancakes onto a plate and top it off with your choice of toppings! For my pancakes I topped it off with blueberries, sliced strawberries, pinch of powdered sugar, and sliced coconut flakes.
5. Enjoy!

I got a lot of questions asking for my pancake recipe, as you can tell it's super easy. I'm a bit lazy when it comes to cooking, but next time I'm going to try making pancakes from scratch. Will have an updated post if it's successful! Hope everyone enjoys their long weekend, Happy Labor Day weekend!

Love, Sharon
