Afternoon In Georgetown

Last weekend I drove to Georgetown to do some shopping and try a new coffee spot. Grace Street Coffee is an independent, locally-owned coffee shop in DC and they opened not to long ago. Inside the space there are other vendors such as South Block - one of my favorite places to go for acai bowls. I always get there magic dragon bowl...so good! It was a gloomy day in DC but the magenta blooms lined up on the light poles made up for the weather. My sister and I walked around Georgetown and shopped around before picking up cupcakes for my parents from Sprinkles. Sadly, the vegan cupcakes weren't ready so we couldn't have one so we headed to Baked & Wired for some dessert. What's your favorite spot in DC?
