Take It Slow

I think a lot of times we take what we have for granted, and with uncertain times like now we're able to see that we're not always in control of our lives. Shelves are emptied out and everyone's in a state of panic, but it's times like these that we need to look out for one another. It scares me that people are stocking up and hoarding toilet paper and hand sanitizers. We're living in a weird time right now, but I'm hopeful that things will look up. Here are a few things on my list:

-finish reading Thirst by Scott Harrison, the founder of Charity:Water
-spring cleaning (donate clothes & items I no longer find myself reaching for) and organize my room (its a mess)
-get on an exercise routine, I found youtube is great for finding home workout videos. I personally like watching blogilates
-FT with friends. I typically don't like talking on the phone, but social distancing has made me find new ways to communicate with friends and family.
During this time I"m hoping to be intentional with my time and enjoy the moment now. Wishing everyone peace, love, and health.

Love, Sharon
